This event was held on Thursday Sep 5th 2019 at the 6.213 km long Mount Panorama Circuit track in Australia. Qualifying began at 17:30 GMT, followed by zero race.

This event will include a series of short multi-class sprint races. Each class will be released individually, but timed to arrive at the finish line at the same time. The event session will be listed as a “practice session”. The races will be manually started by race control via voice and text chat. Practice times will be used to sort the grid for the first race.

Start procedure

Each class of car will be called to the start/finish line when it is their turn to start; a siren over voice chat will indicate the green flag drop. Then the next class will be called. The start line will be on mountain straight (just after the pit exit); the exact location will be shown in game during the session. The regular finish line will be used for the race end. The length of each sprint race will be announced during the session, but will likely be between 1 and 5 laps in length. When the race is over, simply head back to the pits. We will hold as many races as we can within a 60 min period.

If any or none of this makes sense, don’t worry. Just turn up in the session and we will explain it there 🙂 And if all else fails, just follow everyone else who is driving the same car as you 😀 This is just a fun event.
