Are we using the IR18? ARE WE? ARE WE?
No. There are no plans to switch to the IR18. The league is intended as a free content league. Ryan made a comment recently that if the IR18 turned out to be insanely popular, then we could consider switching, but that does not seem to be the case. And yes, this question is getting asked a lot πŸ˜‰

WHAT ABOUT THE DW12????
* HEAD DESK *. There are no plans to switch the league to use the DW12 at this time. We can re-evaluate this later in the season. And yes, this question is getting asked a lot too πŸ˜‰ People do have preferences for this car, but others have a preference for the IR05, and others for the IR18. In the absence of a clear “correct” direction, we’re sticking with the IR05 for the mean time.

Pocono oval
Later this season we have a 400 km race at the Pocono oval. We don’t have a setup for this event at this time. If you would like to help out with building a fixed setup for this race, please get in touch regarding this in our Discord chat. Remember that the setup doesn’t need to be fast, just fun to drive. If we don’t get a solid fixed setup ready in time, the race will be run with an open setup instead.
